Real-time location updates will consume a lot of power. We don’t recommend turning on this feature all the time, as it will greatly shorten the standby time

The charging cable can be used as a data cable to transfer data, store songs, videos etc

1. Please charge the kids watch for 4 hours when you receive it (The first time use) . It usually takes only 2-3 hours to fully charge

2. You need to turn off the watch before inserting the Activated Nano Sim card (Need to call the operator to activate the sim card)

3. You can directly pull out the card slot without any tools, very convenient

4. Put the Activated Speedtalk T-Mobile 4G Nano sim card in the card plate (chip facing up), push it into the watch, and press it tightly

5. Press the power button to turn on your kids watch. Then you can use the 4G network of the watch. Swipe down the screen on the kid watch to view the 4G signal display

If you have turned on your watch, you can turn it off in 2 ways:

a. In the setting menu, please select ”shut down” to turn off the kids smartwatch

b. In app to shut down your kids smart watch

We don’t charge any sim card service fees. The service fee depends on the coverage of the sim card you choose

About APP for Parent Tracking

(Connecting to the App, you can use more communication functions on the watch, such as SOS, GPS, Video Call etc. If you don’t connect your phone to the app, you can also use basic functions such as answering and making calls on the watch, taking photos or playing games)

1. Scan the QR code on user manual or in the watch(QR Code-App Code) to download the App “SeTracker2”, compatible with Android and iOS system

2. To choose the right region “North America” and language (most functions may not work due to different regions)

3. Sign Up your account and then log in App

4. Scan the Reg Code or manually enter the 15-digit Red Code to bind the watch for kids to the App (Scan the Reg code on the back of the lifted dial or in the watch(QR Code-Reg Code))

Warm Tips:

1. The power button on the smartwatch for kids is only used to start the watch, and pressing the power button for a long time will enter the SOS function. If you want to shut down, you can choose to turn off the kids phone smartwatch in the settings

2. We recommend you to use Speedtalk T-mobile 4G Nano Sim card

3. When using the kid watch, it is recommended not to wear it too tightly, so as to avoid skin allergy caused by sweat on the strap

4. Please tear the screen protective film before using phone smartwatch for kids

5. If you turn on the “reject strange call”, “do not disturb” or “night power saving” function in the App, your kids watch will not receive an incoming call

6. We don’t charge any sim card service fees. The service fee depends on the coverage of the sim card you choose

7. Any questions, you can send an e-mail to us at any time

Cannot make or receive phone calls:

1. Test the status of the SIM card(make or receive call, GPS etc) by inserting it into your phone to see whether the card is 4G with a supported carrier and has been activated

2. Turn off the watch before inserting SIM card

3. Check settings-Mobile networks-VoLTE, and then enable VoLTE to restart the watch network, confirm to restart by click “OK”

4. The kid watch does not support this carrier and frequency band in your area. We recommend you to use Speedtalk T-mobile 4G Nano Sim card. Frequency band: 2/4/12

SIM card’s network is not working:

1. Please try to reset APN to default.

2. If you don’t know how to reset APN, Please e-mail us for technical support, send text message pw,123456,imsi# to the watch by phone (with card inserted in the watch and use English input method to text). There will be an auto-reply message with IMEI code. Please provide a clear screenshot of the auto-reply message and a clear picture of watch’s Regcode to us by e-mail

Broken back case:

1. Because the watch adopts a liftable design, and the back case can no longer be thickened, otherwise the dial will become thicker, so it is inevitable that it may be damaged or broken due to transportation

2. It is recommended that you do not use too much force to open or close it

Cannot Charge:

1. The watch needs to be charged for at least 4 hours before first use

2. When charging, place the watch flat with the screen facing down so that the magnetic charging port can be fully contacted

3. Change another charging cable and charging socket to charge the watch, if the charging cable is broken, it will not charge

4. If you tried the above solutions, still cannot charge, please e-mail us at anytime
