Please follow the instruction from the manual, assemble the parts, Insert The Anchor Into The Middle Hole of the mount, then use a 6mm drill bit, drill a 40mm/1.6inch hole on your wall, insert the end of the anchor into the wall hole and use the screw to tighten it up. DO NOT insert the anchor into the wall hole first.
