The evoc Bike Travel Bag XL is ready for all of your trips by plane, car, train, or boat with its multiple fixation options. Your bicycle can be packed safely within the bike transport case in just minutes by removing the wheels, handlebar, and pedals. A clever belt system consisting of variable frame fixation equipment(VAFFE) inside the bicycle flight bag keeps all parts held firmly in place while the robust padding and rubber reinforcements protect fragile components. For many years the Bike Travel Bag XL has been our approved solution for transporting almost any type of bike. As a hybrid construction, it combines the advantages of a hardshell bike case with the properties of a soft bike travel bag.

FITS MOST BIKES

This bike travel bag features two 29” wheel compartments and fits most 26+, 27+, 29+, Fat and Plus Bikes. For safe transport of road bikes and triathlon bikes, be sure to pair the travel bag with our road bike adapter or bike stand.

OPTIMIZED PROTECTION

The fragile areas of the bike are protected by intelligent reinforcing elements – polycarbonate covers, molded EVA shell cases, PE boards and rods, and foam padding. No need to worry about breaking your bike.

EASY TRANSPORTATION

The center of gravity over the widely placed rear wheels makes rolling the bag through crowded airports a breeze. While the multiple and usefully positioned handles make loading the bag into the car or onto the airport scale easier.

SEPARATE WHEEL COMPARTMENT

The stabilizer rods over the tires and rims distribute pressure from the exterior over the side areas protecting the spokes and disc brake rotors. Plastic shields prevent the wheel axles from protruding through the material.

REINFORCED FORK MOUNT

The fork is mounted to the rigid foam bike block with padding. The fork dropouts are additionally protected by a plastic shield at the bottom, and a separate handlebar protection block keeps it safe and in place.

COLLAPSIBLE

The protective fiberglass and plastic rods can be removed allowing the bike travel bag to be folded up and stowed away when not in use.

MATERIALS

Heavy-duty PU coated nylon-ripstop with 10 mm padding and used in high-abrasion areas, and the woven PE fabric is used as a protective lining material. Both are lightweight, tear-resistant, and water-repellent.
