After the Bluetooth pairing is successful, the watch will synchronize the local weather conditions for the next two days in real time for you to check. Activate the mobile phone’s real-time location and network functions at all times, so that the watch can update the weather conditions in time.

Sleep Monitor

You don’t need to do anything, the smart watch automatically records and analyzes your deep and light sleep stages. You can view your sleep history directly on the GloryFit app.

Note: You can record your sleep status from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. every day. When you wear the watch on your wrist for more than 30 minutes without any movement, it will automatically enter sleep mode to record.

Advice:

All the auto detection records mentioned above can be viewed directly in the “GloryFit” app.
The watch takes a certain amount of time to display the correct value while performing the monitoring function.
During the measurement, try to keep the watch as close to your skin as possible and do not miss the green or red light on the bottom of the watch. But it is recommended not to wear the watch too tight.

Monitoring Body Temperature

You can also set the temperature alarm. The watch will notify you when your body temperature is higher than this value.

Monitor and record your body temperature 24 hours a day. The watch automatically records your body temperature changes every 10 minutes by default. You can arbitrarily set the temperature monitoring time and interval in “GloryFit” at any time.

NOTE: The watch takes about 15 seconds to test the body temperature before displaying the value. During this period, please try to keep the watch close to your skin and do not miss the green light.

How to customize the face of the smartwatch?

After successfully connecting to Bluetooth via “GloryFit” APP. Click “Device” — click “Dial Setting”. Then follow the selections below:

1. Click “Dial Center” to download the watch face you want online. Click any dial and “Sync Dial”, the watch will automatically sync the selected dial.

2. Click “Custom Dial”—click the image that appears—click “Select Image” to take a photo, or select the image you want from the phone album. Once the selection is complete, click “Sync Dial” and wait for the watch to sync the selection.

Connect “R3PRO” Bluetooth watch—Open “GloryFit” —Click “device” —Click “more settings” —Open “device to find phone”. Swipe up to the top of the watch to Find Phone button. ( Always turn on the phone’s media volume, otherwise the phone will go silent or vibrate to indicate a reminder.)
You can also click “Search Device” in GloryFit to find the location of your watch.

Women’s Health

After successfully connecting the Bluetooth of the watch, you can set your own menstrual cycle reminder on the “GloryFit” app at any time.
Setting steps: Enter “GloryFit”—click “my”—click “biological cycle”—the watch will automatically sync information for you to see after setting according to the prompt.
Note: The watch will not display this function icon if the list style display menu is selected.

Brightness & Flashlight

It has 4 adjustable brightness levels. Whether indoors or outdoors, you can adjust the screen brightness to your liking so you can see the clock clearly. You can also set the screen time display to 5 seconds/10 seconds/15 seconds in the “GloryFit”.
Flashlight function
The flashlight function does not need to be connected to a mobile phone to use. You can slide your finger to the top of the watch at any time and select “Flashlight” to activate the flashlight function with one key. The watch screen will emit a white light to light up, press the button on the right side of the watch to exit.
Note: This flashlight function only emits light from the watch face and is not enough to illuminate large areas of darkness for a long time.

Timer and Alarm Clock

The countdown and stopwatch functions can be used without connecting a mobile phone. You can find it by sliding the menu function on the left side of the watch.
You can set “Alarm Reminder” through “GloryFit”, and you can set up to three alarm time reminders.
After setting any alarm time, the watch will vibrate to remind you, to be a little helper to remind you of important things at all times.

What if I can’t pair my watch with the app?

1. First check if your phone version is supported. IOWODO Smartwatch is compatible with IOS 9.0 or above and Android 6.0 or above. Smartwatch cannot be connected to two mobile phones at the same time. If other mobile phones have Bluetooth records connected. Please clear the connection record of the old phone first to avoid connecting to Bluetooth first.

2. Please uninstall and reinstall the “GloryFit” app and remove the Bluetooth connection record “R3 PRO” from the Bluetooth pairing list set by the phone.

3. Restart the phone and smartwatch (open the watch >>> slide down the screen >>> click “Settings” icon >>> “Restart”. Then open “GloryFit” and try to connect to Bluetooth again.

How to set the watch to receive call notifications?

After successfully connecting to Bluetooth via “GloryFit” APP. Click “Device”—click “Call Reminder”, set the call reminder according to your needs. Always allow “GloryFit” app to always run in the background on the phone. Always keep Bluetooth on.

(Note: The watch can hang up the call directly, but cannot answer the call directly. When your smart watch is in do not disturb mode or sleep mode, it will still receive notifications, but it will not remind you.)
